Traditional acting techniques required actors to dig deep into their own memories and lives, to use 'emotional recall' in order to connect with their scripts. However, this technique often caused long term devastating effects called "Emotional Hangovers." Today, there is another way to create, connect, and channel the emotional tone of copy using the B.O.S. Technique. This somatic, scientifically proven approach will help you recreate six genuine emotions by using your breath, face, and posture.
